About
I build software platforms that handle the hard stuff: complex integrations, competing priorities, and technical decisions that have long-term consequences. At Five & Done, I own a Fortune 15 client portfolio for Toyota and Lexus built on an API stack processing 22+ million calls per day across 85+ consumers.
My work spans both sides of the product spectrum. Enterprise ERP platforms running across national headquarters, regional offices, and agency networks. And consumer-facing products like Fender's content platform, which I rebuilt into a conversion engine driving 225% more trial subscriptions and 45% more total sessions.
I hold an A-CSPO certification, spend as much time in Postman and Swagger as I do in Jira, and do my best work at the intersection of technical depth and business strategy.
My process starts with the problem, not the feature request. I hold the first solution loosely and stress-test alternatives before committing, especially when scale is on the table. Once the direction is clear, the work shifts to stakeholders: building the case, prioritizing the right things, and getting everyone moving together.
Outside of work
When I'm not working you'll probably find me chasing down my toddler, catching a Stars game, or searching for the best Tex-Mex in DFW.

Toyota / Lexus
Owned the product lifecycle for a core ERP platform and three integrated applications running across national HQ, regional offices, and external agencies for a Fortune 15 client. Led design of a regional module that cut monthly incentive management time by 20%.
Fender
Migrated an 800-article content platform to Contentful and integrated Salesforce e-commerce, turning an SEO blog into a high-converting product ecosystem. Delivered with zero downtime across a live, high-traffic site.
Samsung
Designed and launched a custom gamified platform for Samsung's ambassador program, replacing a manual email-and-spreadsheet workflow. Managed 224 brand ambassadors and scaled content production tenfold.
Toyota
Led the redesign of Toyota.com's dealer locator into a unified map platform — "one map experience to rule them all." Built on an AWS serverless orchestration layer aggregating 6+ APIs including live EV charging network data from EVGo and ChargePoint. Shipped three map types in sequence: Dealer Map, Certified Collision Centers, and EV Charging Stations.
